Sepultura captured the pulse of a world on the brink of apocalypse with this
landmark release; which finds the band breaking away from the confines of
traditional thrash and exploring new avenues in extreme music. Where their
speed compositions were once merely able to make you bang your head
frenetically, Sepultura now makes music with a strong groove quality that
gets you moshing like a mad f**k as well. Songs like 'Territory',
'Propaganda' and 'We Who Are Not As Others' are some of the hardest music
the band has ever created; while collaborations with Biohazard's Evan
Seinfeld and ex-Dead Kennedy's Jello Biafra showcase the band's willingness
to work with others in the genre in order to diversify itself. Definitely
one of the most adventurous metal albums of all time.
