Review by Ken 3½ stars out of 4
The majority of soundtracks in the market today tend to opt for a modern
rock feel because hell, alternative music is still widely considered to be
extremely hip and trendy. But the beauty of this soundtrack is that the
artists are all for the most part underground acts whom you've never really
even heard of; which means that the album producers don't give a damn for
sales figures. They just want to put out a record that showcases new talent
and high quality music. And you'd better believe the music here has got some
kick-ass quality. Just listen to Addict's 'Monster Side', Trebel Charger's
'Ever She Flows' and especially The Fly's 'Got You(Where I Want You)'; which
has got to rank as one of the ultimate romantic-stalker songs of the decade.
The movie may have flopped, but the soundtrack's bitching.
