I hadn't heard a track in which a sample has such an important part in
a while: "Souvenir" by OMD (which if I'm not wrong was recently featured
in the soundtrack to the movie "Blade" in some other reworked version)
is the main source for this techno-dance number. The first two versions on
the promo cd sound fine even if the beats still lack of originality,
and the OMD sample even if a bit manipulated, still remains a tasty bit.
The "Elvira Dub" seems more of that so-called "underground" 4-beat
stuff. In the above sentence, the word underground has to be intended
as "repetitive crappy senseless fake underground but actually commercial
house music". Phew.
