There was a period of time in my life where I couldn't get enough John
Mellencamp. Once I came to my senses, there was one album that still
really got to me. That album is of course Human Wheels. The title track
really gets to you, and I think it's the best mellencamp song ever.
Thankfully, there's not much sign of the usual dance tracks Mellencamp
is so fond of churning out. For the first time, he realy gets down to
telling some stories. Other than the life of the farmer of course.
