This soundtrack works as a great CD sampler for most of the hip and
happening bands currently within the industrial / techno-rock scene. In
fact, the music here perfectly suits the high-tech energy and excitement of
the Matrix movie, but there's one major drawback- most of the tracks here
have been previously released. Which means that there's hardly any original
material on board, and if you're already a fan of Marilyn Manson, the
Deftones, Monster Magnet, Rammstein and the Prodigy; chances are you already
own the songs that they contribute here; so getting this soundtrack makes no
real sense.
