Lit play the sort of radio-friendly modern rock that makes them easily
accessible to the masses. Ordinarily, the band would never have stood a
chance of truly getting noticed amidst the glut of other alternative bands
in the market, except for the fact that they've recorded one of the
catchiest pop-rock tunes of the year with "My Own Worst Enemy". Making
full use of an adrenaline -driven guitar riff and a massively infectious
chorus, the song is instantly likable and hard to get out of your
ind. Apparently, most radio-stations felt that way too, that's why they've
been playing it non-stop for the better half of a year. That single
alone, together with a few others like "Four", "Ziplock" and "Quicksand"
make this album a worthwhile listen.
