There's something that I need to say about Nira X: She's so freaking
cute!!!!!! Bill Maus; the creator behind Mercy, is also responsible for Nira
X; another cyber-angel in her own right. Maus's drawings are reputedly
heavily influenced by Japanese art styles; something that is very evident in
most of his work. And Nira X has manga written all over her- from her huge
head and large eyes to her lithe body. Nira X is articulated at her neck,
arms and legs. Accessories include two small, interplanetary-looking
hand-guns, detachable wings and a detachable cape that fits on her back
right below her waist. One of the guns can even be attached to the side of
Nira's right hip. The verdict? The crystal clear edition of Hellina (refer
to review page) gets 3 out of 5 stars while Nira X rates a 4; mainly because
she's more articulated and has a lot more accessories. Plus, she's more
adorable looking. Yum. And similar to the Hellina clear version, this figure
is only limited to 1,500 units; so get your ass moving if you want it.
