The Cool Boarders series has never been much more than an exercise in licensing, but at least
last year's Cool Boarders 4 had nice graphics, controls, and plenty of options.
Cool Boarders 2001 seems to take a dip in the graphics and options departments. Yes, the game
includes brand name boards and athletes, but none of this really matters.
The snowboards only seem to make a sound when you change direction or land from a jump.
The audio-visual experience just feels empty as a result.
