Finally, we get a non-mascot PlayStation racing game with graphics that are at least decent! In
fact, they almost look pre-rendered!
With official licenses galore, as well as decent controls and 1999 season regulations (stop-go
penalties, full flag system, and jump-starts), Formula One 99 is a safe bet for fans of the FIA
World Championship. Despite the refreshing graphics, though, the experience is more
serviceable than memorable.
