"Dynamic 3-D graphics and smooth character control"??? Come on, Capcom! How do
you define dynamic and smooth? We must be using a different dictionary! The
characters have all the quality of cardboard stand-ups. Animation is pathetic;
landscapes are monotonous. You can never land a trick right. This is pretty much a
dud. Sorry, Capcom. It hurts to say it, but it's true. Cool Boarders 3 is a marvel
compared to this.
