If I have to review one more Street Fighter game this year, I'll scream. This is getting to be a little ridiculous. Granted, the PlayStation shouldn't be left out in the cold, but if I were Capcom, I would be worried about saturating the market with too many fighting games.

After all, I suspect Dreamcast owners are likely to have a PlayStation as well. However, the reverse is certainly not as commonplace, so I guess I just have to suck it up and look the other way.

Problem is, that's hard to do this time, since EX2 is worse than the original EX Plus Alpha. The graphics are nowhere near as impressive. The load times are absolutely intolerable. Let me say that again. The load times are absolutely intolerable.

New features include a Meteor Combo Super Attack (similar to limit breaks in Final Fantasy 7) and a Guard Break, which lowers the opponent's defenses.

However, it's getting to the point where I feel like Capcom is just playing a shell game with all these features. The Director Mode lets you edit replay footage to make "movies," but the sub- par graphics don't make the movies all that appealing.
