The best thriller this summer. The Blair Witch Project was a
low-budget movie only costing $35,000 to make and was never supposed
to make it to the box office. But, the movie soared into Movie
theatres across the globe setting box office records. The movie
is about three college students(Heather Donahue, Joshua
Leonard and Michael Williams),who go into the woods and get lost
while doing a documentary on the Blair Witch. A witch you supposedly
murdered young children in her house in the woods. So the three
students have to go into the woods and film the sites that the
Blair Witch supposedly lived and went through. But, what started
out to be just a documentary went terribly wrong. As the journey
into the dark woods continues they begin to hear sounds at night and are soon
lost among the trees and the Blair Witch. The movie shows you that
you don't need money to pull off a big blockbuster hit.
The movie doesn't have great camera footage due to many shaky
scenes in which the actors go off running while holding the cameras.
And at times in the movie you feel like you want to go to sleep,
but all that time will definitely be mad up for in the terrifyingly shocking
ending. What a movie!
