With two sequels already in the works, the Matrix is one of the last years
phenomenons in the area of cyberpunk movies.
Throughout all the film one keeps wondering whether or not this is the
"actual" reality in which Neo (Keanu Reeves) lives; a cross between Total
Recall and Dark City (plus the usual dose of Blade Runner ambiances you
always need for a film like this), The Matrix is an exciting adventure that
will satisfy cyber and sci-fi fans... at least until the next episode.
