Based on the Stephen King short tale 'Trucks', this cheesy flick puts
forward the terrifying notion of automated machines and vehicles taking on a
life of their own and seeking to dominate the human race. The acting is
thoroughly horrible and the FX looks as though it was put together by
pre-school kids. But perhaps the most shocking part of all this is that the
movie's directed by one other than……..Stephen King! Ace at books
but stinky with films? You bet.
